The hustle and bustle of daily life and living "high" above the ground limit our time and opportunities to ground. We invite you to a workshop that will reconnect you with Mother Earth and immerse you anew in her richness!
Earthing - also known as "earthing," refers to the practice of direct body contact with the surface of the earth, such as walking barefoot on grass, sand or dirt, or using special conductive devices that connect the body to the earth. This concept is based on the assumption that direct contact with the earth can have beneficial health effects.
Grounding through painting with natural, self-made paint from plants strengthens the contact with the Earth, has healing and psychotherapeutic effects.
Because women often spend (too) much time in their heads due to various tasks, many occupations, responsible and complicated brains. "Grounding" allows for the outflow of energy and tension, after which the healing process can begin. In addition, contact with the Earth makes the feeling of uncertainty disappear. Finally, intimacy can arise in the female circle, which promotes contact with oneself and the Earth.
Goals: grounding, establishing contact with the Earth and deeper self, letting go of fears, cleansing, relaxation
Experience a relaxing time in a group of 3-5 women. Ground yourself by making your own plant paint and painting with it. Consider the story of Vasilisa at Baba Yaga, a strong woman from Slavic culture. The story is about overcoming fears, following your intuition and discovering your safe place. Enjoy a shared meal of organic soup made with leftover “vegetable paint,” and end by grounding yourself, literally and figuratively, with a barefoot nature walk, complete with a drum greeting and the drawing of a card.
